Scope — DRC Outdoor processes visitors’ and customers’ personal information only to the extent needed for its services. The controller is DRC OUTDOOR TEKSTİL İMALAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Use of your information — Contact and address details, order and support records are used for shopping, delivery, returns, responding to requests and meeting legal obligations. Membership is not required. The legal grounds for processing and your rights are explained in the Personal Data Notice.

Sharing and security — Information may be shared with shipping, IT and accounting providers and legally competent authorities to the extent needed for the service. Access is limited by role; appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are applied. International transfers, if any, are subject to the transfer requirements of Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

Site use — Browser records necessary for the basket, language selection and secure sessions are used. Optional analytics and advertising tools are currently disabled and are not operated without necessary permission. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that service’s own data processing terms also apply.

Retention — Data is kept only for the periods needed for its purpose and legal obligations. Once the legal basis ends, lawful deletion, destruction or anonymisation must follow.
